The body is a combination of many moving parts, systems and tissues working in unison. It’s what keeps us going and, unfortunately, what ends up causing us pain. Massage addresses these chronic and acute issues which come from overused muscle groups, repetitive motions and mishaps. 

In addition to the physical component, I also pay particular attention to the mind and spirit, two very important pieces of the human puzzle. Aligning and balancing all three are key.

During a session, I use thoughtfully orchestrated strokes that help relieve stress and tension while restoring calmness. A typical session might involve several techniques from my advanced Swedish, Shiatsu, Reiki and Deep Tissue training. 

As I work, I intuitively listen with my hands to help assess what might work best for each client at that moment. I generally end each session with gentle touch points on the scalp and face as well as a full-body balancing and grounding.
