Notification 

24-hour notice is the time recommended when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 

No-Shows 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo his or her appointment will be considered a "no-show" and will be asked to pay for services missed. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow. Depending on how late you arrive, you may either receive an abbreviated treatment or be asked to re-schedule.
